If you believe there is an error, please contact us. MODRA LIVING reserves the right to amend these terms without notice.
3. Our Contract with You
3.1 All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance. A contract is formed once we email you a confirmation of acceptance.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order (e.g., item out of stock or pricing error), we will notify you and you will not be charged.
3.3 An order number will be assigned, which you should reference when contacting us.
3.4 Our website is intended for Mainland UK delivery only. Please refer to our Delivery Page for eligible locations. Orders outside these areas cannot be fulfilled.
4. Our Products
4.1 Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary due to screen settings.
4.2 As our products are handmade, dimensions may vary by up to 5cm.
4.3 Purchases of the same product at different times may vary slightly in colour or measurements.
5. Your Rights to Make Changes
5.1 If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us. We will advise if changes are possible, along with any impact on price, delivery time, or other details.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery costs are specified during checkout (see Delivery Page for details).
6.2 Once your order is available, we will contact you to arrange delivery. We aim to deliver via the first available van in your area. Items cannot be stored for extended periods.
7. Cancellations and Returns

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund (written or verbal notice required).

After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable.

All sofas and beds are bespoke & made to order and are non-returnable.

Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

In rare cases, at manager’s discretion, exchanges may be offered (subject to a £149.99 handling fee).

Size issues (furniture not fitting through doors/stairs) are strictly non-refundable.

Fabric/colour differences caused by digital displays are non-refundable. Free fabric samples are available before purchase.

Handmade tolerances apply — slight variations are possible.
8. Delivery and Assembly (3rd Party Disclaimer)

Delivery Responsibility: We use trusted 3rd party couriers. Once items are handed over, responsibility for transport lies with them.

Assembly Responsibility: Customers may assemble items themselves. We recommend opting for assembly services at checkout to ensure a seamless experience.

Quality Assurance: All items are inspected before shipping. Please inspect upon delivery.

Damages Inside the Home: Couriers are trained, but any damages inside the home fall outside MODRA LIVING responsibility and must be raised with the courier.

By inviting couriers into your home, you acknowledge that MODRA LIVING is not liable for damages caused indoors.
9. Warranty
All products include a free 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the delivery date.

Warranty becomes void if the product is disassembled or moved to another property.
10. Modification of Terms
MODRA LIVING may update these terms occasionally. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
